What Virooly is
Virooly is an Instagram automation platform that turns comments, DMs, story replies and mentions into automatic conversations that qualify and convert followers into leads.
You pick a trigger — a keyword in a comment, a reply to a story, a direct message, a mention. You build what happens next by dragging steps into a flow: send a message, ask a question, branch on the answer, capture an email, tag the person, hand off to a human. When someone trips the trigger, the flow runs in seconds, at any hour, for as many people as it needs to.
What comes out the other end is not a transcript. It is a qualified lead, with the answers they gave, pushed to wherever you already work — a CRM, an email tool, a spreadsheet or your own endpoint over a webhook.
Instagram is the channel Virooly supports today: comments, DMs, story replies and mentions. Additional channels are on the roadmap, and webhooks mean anything Virooly captures can reach your other systems in the meantime.
How we work
Four rules we build against
Automation on someone else’s platform only stays useful if it stays within that platform’s rules. These are the constraints the product is designed around, not guidelines we aim for.

Official APIs, never scraping
Virooly talks to Instagram through Meta’s official Graph and Messaging APIs, using permissions you grant and can revoke. There is no browser automation, no logging in as you, and no unofficial endpoint that stops working the week Meta changes something.

Reply, never cold-message
Every message Virooly sends is a response to someone who interacted with you first — a comment, a DM, a story reply, a mention. The product has no bulk-outreach feature, because unsolicited messaging is what gets accounts restricted.

Your data stays yours
We process what we need to run your flows and nothing else. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your audience’s messages to train models for anyone else. Export or delete it whenever you want.
