Is the Virooly Starter plan really free?
The Virooly Starter plan is free with no time limit and no card required. It covers one social account, two active flows, comment and keyword triggers, and basic analytics.
Can I change or cancel my Virooly plan later?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a Virooly plan at any time from your dashboard. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can export your leads before it ends.
What counts as a social account?
One social account is one connected Instagram profile. An agency running flows for five clients is using five social accounts, which is why the Scale plan removes the limit.
Do I pay more if a post goes viral?
Virooly plans are flat monthly prices and do not bill per message or per conversation, so a post that performs unusually well does not produce a surprise invoice.
