- What is Virooly?
- Virooly is an Instagram automation platform that turns comments, DMs, story replies and mentions into automatic conversations. You choose a trigger, build a flow of what happens next, and Virooly runs it in seconds for everyone who trips that trigger — qualifying them and delivering the result to your CRM, email tool or webhook as a lead.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No coding is needed to use Virooly. Flows are built by picking a trigger and dragging in actions — it reads like a sentence. Most people have their first automation running within a few minutes of connecting an account.
- Which platforms does Virooly support?
- Instagram is live today, covering comments, DMs, story replies and mentions. Additional channels are on the roadmap, and you can push any captured lead to your own systems through webhooks in the meantime.
- Will using Virooly get my Instagram account flagged?
- Virooly works through the official Meta APIs and only responds to people who interacted with you first — it never sends unsolicited bulk messages, and it has no feature for doing so. You remain responsible for keeping your own flows within Instagram’s rules, and the Virooly Terms set out what is and is not allowed.
- How fast does Virooly reply to a comment?
- Virooly replies in seconds. Triggers are delivered by webhook from Meta rather than polled on a schedule, so a flow starts running as soon as the comment, DM or story reply reaches the platform — including overnight and during a traffic spike.
- Can a human take over a conversation?
- Yes — any Virooly flow can hand off to a person at any step, and you can jump into a conversation mid-way from the live inbox. Automation handles the repetitive part; you keep the moments that need a human.
- What happens to my data?
- Your data stays yours. Virooly processes it to run your flows and nothing else — we do not sell it and we do not use it to train models for other companies. You can export or delete it whenever you like, and the details are set out in the Virooly Privacy Policy.
- Where does Virooly send the leads it captures?
- Leads captured by Virooly can be exported as CSV, sent to a webhook of your choosing, or pushed into the tools you already use through that webhook or Zapier. Every answer someone gave during the conversation travels with the lead record.
- How much does Virooly cost?
- Virooly has three plans: Starter is free, Growth is $39 per month and Scale is $129 per month. The plans differ in how many social accounts and active flows they cover, and in whether they include story replies, lead qualification, webhooks and team seats.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes — the Virooly Starter plan is free, and covers one social account with two active flows, comment and keyword triggers, and basic analytics. It is a real plan rather than a time-limited trial, so you can run an automation on it for as long as you like.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- You can cancel a Virooly plan at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you can export your leads before you go.
- Does Virooly work for agencies managing several accounts?
- Yes — Virooly supports multiple connected Instagram accounts under one login, so an agency can run the same proven flows across every client account. The number of accounts included depends on your plan.
