What Virooly plugs into

Virooly connects to Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s official Graph and Messaging APIs. It reads comments, direct messages, story replies and mentions, and sends replies on your behalf using permissions you grant and can revoke at any time.

Every captured lead can be POSTed as JSON to an endpoint you control, in real time, with the qualifying answers, tags and source post attached. This is the general-purpose escape hatch: anything that can receive an HTTP request can receive a Virooly lead.

Leads can be exported in full at any time from the dashboard, including before you cancel a plan. Your data is not held hostage by your subscription.

Automation platforms that accept an inbound webhook — Zapier, Make, n8n and the rest — can take a Virooly lead and route it onward to the thousands of apps they already support.

• Route to CRM, sheets, email tools or Slack from there
• No Virooly-side configuration beyond the endpoint URL

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and similar do not have a one-click Virooly connector yet. Until they do, a webhook into the CRM’s own inbound endpoint — directly or through Zapier — carries the same data.

Instagram is the only channel live today. WhatsApp, Messenger and TikTok are on the roadmap. There is no partial support in the meantime — if it is not listed as live above, Virooly does not read or send on it.

API access is available on the Scale plan for reading leads and flow data. A fully documented public API is not released yet; contact us if you need one and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
